Our non-refundable policy is as follows:

  1. Limited Products: Limited products are sold in restricted quantities and may not be restocked. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on limited items.

  2. Attention! We do not offer refunds for personalized products.

Personalized products are produced according to the customer's specifications and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We kindly ask you to send a photo of the damaged or defective item so that we can evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

In such cases, simply send us a photo showing the issue and we will provide the solution you prefer, whether it is a replacement product or a refund of the amount paid. Your satisfaction is our main goal, and we will ensure that you are not negatively affected.

We do not offer exchanges or returns because our products are imported. However, all defective products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
