Our products are exclusive, often available in limited quantities and made to a high standard of quality. Most of our items are made or prepared to order, according to the specifications of each individual order.

For this reason, before completing your purchase, we recommend carefully checking the product, size, model, color, any personalization, and all information entered in your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Our products are primarily made to order and are not necessarily kept in stock as ready-to-ship items.

Once an order has been confirmed, production and/or preparation of the product may begin specifically for the customer.

Where provided for by applicable law, made-to-order, made-to-measure, or clearly personalized products may fall under an exception to the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, where such exception applies, it will not be possible to request a return or refund simply because of a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, a preference for a different model or color, or because the customer no longer wants the product, when the product was specifically made for their order.

This provision does not affect the consumer's rights under applicable law in cases involving defective products, manufacturing errors, incorrect products, non-conformity, or other circumstances attributable to the seller.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Requests to change the size, personalization, or other order details may only be considered if production or preparation of the product has not yet started.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled, as the product may already have been made or prepared specifically for the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, a product with a manufacturing error, a product that does not conform to your order, or a product different from the one you purchased, please contact us as soon as possible.

To allow us to assess the issue, please provide:

your order number;
a description of the problem;
photographs and/or videos clearly showing the defect or error.

After reviewing the case, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law and product availability.

Damage caused by improper use, incorrect washing or maintenance, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery for reasons not attributable to the seller will generally not be considered a manufacturing defect.

SIZE SELECTION

Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility. We therefore recommend carefully checking the size chart available on the product page before placing your order.

If you are unsure about the size, please contact us before making your purchase.

If the size you receive exactly matches the size selected when placing the order, you will not be able to request an exchange or refund simply because the selected size is not the one you wanted.

This provision does not apply if the customer receives a different size from the one ordered due to an error on our part.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products are made according to the specifications provided by the customer when placing the order.

Where provided for by applicable law, clearly personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

In such cases, it will not be possible to request a return or refund simply because of a change of mind, personal preference, or an error in the information provided by the customer for the personalization, when the product has been specifically made based on those instructions.

If you notice an error in the personalization before production begins, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to determine whether the requested change is still possible.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, an error on our part, or product non-conformity, the case will be assessed and handled in accordance with applicable law.

LIMITED-EDITION PRODUCTS

Limited-edition products may be available in very limited quantities and may be made or prepared specifically for the order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, exchanges or returns will not be accepted due to a simple change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect choice of size, model, or color.

This provision does not limit any rights provided by law in cases involving defective products, manufacturing errors, or the shipment of a product different from the one ordered.

PROMOTIONAL OR SALE PRODUCTS

For products purchased during promotions or sales, to the extent permitted by applicable law, exchanges or returns will not be accepted due to a simple change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect choice of size, model, or color.

Any rights provided by law in cases involving defective products, manufacturing errors, non-conformity, or responsibility on the part of the seller remain unaffected.

the delivery address;
all other information entered in your order.

Once production or preparation of the product has started, changes or cancellation of the order may no longer be possible.

DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If you believe that you have received a defective, non-conforming, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photographs and/or videos of the product.

After reviewing the case, we will inform you of the applicable solution, which may include, depending on the circumstances, a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Our products are primarily made to order, and some may be made to measure or clearly personalized.

Where a product falls under an exception to the right of withdrawal provided by applicable law for made-to-order, made-to-measure, or clearly personalized goods, the customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal simply because of a change of mind.

In such cases, it will not be possible to request a return or refund simply because the customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong size, prefers a different model or color, or no longer wants the product, when the product was specifically made for their order and falls under the legal exception.

Any exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit the consumer's rights under applicable law in cases involving defects, manufacturing errors, incorrect products, non-conformity, or other situations for which the law provides specific remedies.
