Our main priority is to ensure that our products reach our customers as quickly as possible while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes on average 7 to 10 business days for the United Kingdom, and approximately 7 to 13 business days for Germany and the USA after shipment.

The product is usually prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
*Attention: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, periods of high demand at the postal service, or other situations beyond our control, such as holidays, product launches or restocking, limited edition releases, and promotions.

Full Guarantee
Our store guarantees the delivery of your order and assumes full responsibility for issuing a full refund for products that are lost during the delivery process. All products are insured against loss and online tracking is free.
If the package is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The customer will not incur any loss.
Note: For large purchases, you may receive more than one package, as products may come from different suppliers. Therefore, if you receive one item first and another later, do not worry — this is completely normal.
Tracking and Delivery
We provide a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of their order delivery.
Products will be delivered by the postal service and every shipment will include a tracking code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress. The tracking code will be sent to your email address as soon as it becomes available (on average between 2 and 5 business days after payment confirmation).
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Our store will ship products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid problems with the delivery of your order, please make sure the address is filled in correctly.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses provided when placing an order in our store. If the address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, according to company policy, the package will be returned to the sender and delivery will not be attempted again, nor will a refund be issued.
Absent Recipient
Please ensure that someone is available at the address to receive your goods. The postal service will attempt delivery. If no one is available to receive the package during the delivery attempts, the package will be taken to the local agency and the recipient will need to collect it.
If the package is not collected within the specified time, it will normally be returned to the sender and a new shipping charge may be required to resend the product.
Products Subject to Taxes
Our products are generally exempt from customs duties. However, if this occurs, we will cover the full amount.
We do not offer exchanges or returns because our products are imported.
The choice of size is the sole responsibility of the customer. The size chart is available in the description of each product and is very accurate and reliable.
However, we provide a manufacturer’s warranty for defective products.
